Beauty for Ashes is currently seeking a Volunteer Intake Specialist, to assist in the case management of our homeless population at De Anza Park in Ontario.

 

Intake Specialist

 

Primary responsibilities include:

 

  • Complete intake paperwork
  • Provide resource referrals
  • Schedule follow-up appointments
  • Coordinate appointments with BFA Board
  • Type, scan/copy documents, email, fax, and phone calls

 

Candidate should possess the following qualities:

  • Good listener

  • Ability to empathize with clients

  • Ability to communicate organization's purpose
